So arrived at the hotel and happened that I lost my purse without my debit card in the auto to to pay the deposit. They refused to tack me in. I have to get my friend to drive all the way from a verifier place to give me $200 cash when I have money in my checking account so that’s why I’m making a complaint.

What was unique the hotel property commenced with it reception and lobby actually at the located at the 12 floor. And the elevator console in lobby are unique and interesting. Your typical request in the elevator was at the lobby then it would instruct you which elevator was readily available.

Even though there is a full kitchen, they do not provide any plates or cutlery. These items are available for a charge, which I found to be sneaky. The room was also very hot, 23°, and even though I had the air conditioning on and set to 18.5°, it's lowest setting, there was no moving it from that temperature. I was unable to sleep and called front desk in the wee hours of the morning, but they offered no assistance. It was a horrible sleep in advance of a very long day. :( The room itself is lovely. Free underground parking is good. Bed was comfortable with nice linens.

Convenient and clean; staff goes out of their way to help. Lobby could be more attractive, complimentary coffee and tea would be nice. The bed is not so comfortable and the pillows tiny and lumpy. Room is spacious.

You need to explain customer how to reach to parking entrance and how to reach to elevator from P2 to the hotel lobby that is located on the 12th floor. Consider no internet signal on P2 when you have been lost

I’ve stayed at this property several times over the past few years whenever I’m in town and the front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. Additionally the property is clean and very quiet which I appreciates a lot. And having a true grocery store right downstairs is definitely a plus as well.
