I have been staying with the Hyatt Regency Toronto since my daughter moved to Toronto in 2020. Conveniently located in the heart of the downtown and close to everything you could ever want. The hotel is well appointed, comfortable, with wonderful staff. I look forward to my stay each and every time I visit.

Beautiful room! Check in wasn’t until 4pm but we came by around 8:15am just to drop our bags off and they were able to get us into a room right away and upgraded us as well!! Ray the front desk associate was amazing and the hotel is in an awesome location! Would definitely recommend to people

The Hyatt has a great walkable location, close to Rogers Center, CN tower, the harbor, museums, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again. Our king room was very small. Fortunately, we were not in the room much and it served us well enough.

My family and I were astounded at the beautiful accommodations! We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a junior suite and it surpassed our expectations. The room had everything we needed, and more. The entire property was beautiful…the lobby, restaurants, gym and rooftop pool. The adjacent Starbucks was nice and convenient! The hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to the Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, waterfront area along Lake Ontario and other nearby attractions. The interaction we had with the staff made our stay that much more pleasant. Rob, one of the front desk hosts and Akshat, one of the concierges, were both so professional, helpful, friendly and pleasant. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, answer any questions and fulfill any requests. A special thank you to both of them!

Excellent check-in with Deep, who was extremely helpful and warm. Convenient hotel location near many city highlights. Standard room on 14th floor was well lit and unremarkable. Bathroom was very small with only a few towel hooks and minimal space for toiletries. There was a cabinet underneath the sink but it was unavailable for personal items because that is where towels are stored. Bathroom desperately needs shelves and more towel hooks. Our family could not reuse towels because there was insufficient space to hang used ones. Very wasteful. Appreciated the excellent shower pressure. Great shower head. Room was also tight for our family of 3. Got caught in rain and returned with wet clothes and shoes. Needed to air dry them but there was minimal space - other than in the dark closet - to do so. At check-in, we were directed to park on level P-4. However, the hotel lobby elevator only goes to P-3. We had to carry our luggage up a full floor, which is a poor design for guests with heavy luggage or other challenges with stairs. Hotel is fine but likely wouldn’t stay again unless traveling solo with minimal luggage because bathroom is so poorly designed.
