Hotel was nice, bathrooms were so small but that’s expected downtown Toronto. The tv was ancient and had your basic cable stations only. No option for streaming services

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency to attend a show at the iconic Horseshoe Tavern which is a quick 5 minute walk away. Lots to do in the area! Friendly, helpful service and a large, clean room with a fantastically comfortable bed. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great perk.

Common Hyatt you can do better!

Disappointed. No upgrade or anything offered even with my status. Was charge 60$ for 2hr checkout. Will probably never stay at another Hyatt property.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and renovated. The bed was amazing, I had one of the best sleeps in a while. The bathroom is a bit small, but it has everything you need. Overall no complaints and I would stay here again.

The idea of not getting the pass until physically appearing at the desk, and being expected to go back to the car, is simply not appropriate. 2. The mattress was much too soft!

Great staff at check-in. Only draw back of the room is the bathroom. It didn’t have a fan, terrible counter space and a frosted glass door. Terrible combination. Why do hotels continue to design bathrooms with no fan!? Why!?

Our sink did not work, but got back late to the room so we did not bother. And did not know parking was included so we had found somewhere to park then went into hotel and would have had to move it and then find their parking lot. Husband did not like that idea.
