We booked the room to see Taylor swift and they upgraded us for free! The room was spacious and clean and they had a hot tub, unfortunately it was broken. Fortunately we didn’t have time to use it but I did appreciate having the option

This hotel was a let down. The lobby and rooms are somewhat refreshed but it is loud, dated, and the dining area and bar are a fraction of the size they are made out to be. The hotel is right on a multi lane main road / highway, and my room was right on top. Plenty of road noise all night. The worst part however, is that people were just out in the hallway all night. Yelling, running up and down the hall. A man hacking, a child crying. It was wild. It woke me up at 2am, 3am, and kept going all night. I called the front desk to help at 3am and they either did come or certainly didn’t try to ensure it was resolved. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough the next morning. Not good.
