We loved our room. It was super clean. The only issue was the horrible TV service. But the staff was wonderful. Especially the staff who allowed me to wait in the lobby while my husband and son went shopping because I was very ill.

Location was great. The nature of the building not so great. The doors slammed when closed so no way to sleep when other patrons are coming in at different hours. The walls must be super thin as well because I heard chairs above me and people in the hallway. The wind between the buildings where I had a lovely view of another brick wall out my window was also very loud.

we stayed for 10 days ,its not suitable for that lenght off time, there was no wardrobes to put clothes in ,we had to keep everything in our suitcases. which is not idea lighting in the room was very poor , blinds did not closed right down, curtains did not close at all, room was very dusty, do not cater for people who drink tea , there was coffee sachets and coffee white in the room ,when i asked for milk at the reception they replied we don't supply milk, great location.

Stay was very disappointing. In TO for a couple of Raptors games, and chose this hotel based on proximity to the venue. Room was dirty.Second was equally unpleasant but nothing else was available. Front desk staff was also quite unhelpful. No VIP perks offered. Would not stay again

Was a nice place, with having vip access I was suppose to receive drinks but didn’t. There was construction outside so it was tricky for getting rides. I liked the place a lot and it was very cozy.

Be aware that there are no double queen rooms in this hotel. Booked double queens and they only have a single king. This property is perfectly located close to Scotiabank arena, hockey hall of fame, St. Laurence market, and yonge-dundas square. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place for the price! Two free drinks and excellent diner type brunch for a King room= $165 inc tax and my 40$ Ex dollars. Great service. Bartender absent so newbie running things so together we Googled recipes :-) Room not working and no one answering at front desk…btw Ice machine is in the basement. Very convenient location to King Subway or street car. Avoid booking yonge St facing room and esp “x01” rooms as the elevator shaft will make up ab 1/4 of your room. Area super noisy esp with construction across the road. AC unit vented to outside which lets noise straight through. Would definitely stay again.
