Walked into our room and there was puke on the bed, splatters of stuff all over the walls and a dirty bathroom floor with crumbs all over. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund as I was going to stay somewhere else. They said they can upgrade my room for free I said as long as it’s clean. They took me up to the new room which was not an upgrade it was the same as the room before this one was clean so I agreed to stay. I thought they would have given a discount or something. But no- never again.

They should consider having the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes as it was quite full and waiting 30 minutes after you just missed the shuttle after you waved him down. The check-in was great though, the gentleman was extremely friendly and upgraded us to Airport view room. The loud fan in the room we were unable to shut off because need to keep the room comfortable but other than that the room was good and pretty clean.

The carpets in the corridors were dirty for the entire stay, with even dirty elevator floors one with rice even. Dust in the room. Not a a pen, note pad, and no bottled water I stayed over 100 times at the hotel since 1991; but this was abnormal, and a decision-maker that I will not stay at this hotel in the future

The hotel was in very poor condition as you could tell upon entering the lobby. It smelled worn out. Carpets in gallways worn dings on walks i hallways. Upon entering our room, noticed kaminate flooring peeling off the floors. Pieces misdi g in front of bathroom door. Bathroom wasnt bad. The chair in the room looks like it was taken from the dump. There were undesirable characters hanging around in the hallways and elevators. They seemed sketchy and we saw security shewing them away from the property the next day as we were waiting for the airport shuttle. Im glad it was only a layover stay. I will not book here again. They asked for a $100 charge on the visa for deposit . Once I got to the room i couldnt find anything worth that money in total.

I traveled here with my husband,the location to the airport was good and to be able to use the shuttle that took us to the UP so we were able to go to downtown was a great service. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The pool was warm and the area was clean.

Overall great hotel to stay at. Unfortunately the breaker kept tripping by using the hair dryer (supplied by hotel). To call the staff up at 9-10 pm the phone was not answered. However once I voiced my issue, the hotel staff was very polite and helpfull. Restaurants were a short walking distance and the shuttle to and from the airport was every 30min
