Unethical Practice at Holiday INN Mississauga Tronto West, an IHG Hotel We booked thru hotels.com and were very tired after a long drive on 401 with traffic, so as usual they put incidental charges on my card to be released on checkout, saying its automatic. I called two days later and it still showed as charged, they then process realesed it saying in few days to refund. Its been 12 days since the stay and it still has not been refunded. VERY UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT TEAM
