Stay was fine, the breakfast was good, shuttle was efficient. Room was not bad for a lay over but carpet smelled. Besides that good for the price.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and rented two rooms for two nights. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the parking facilities were excellent. However, I encountered several issues during my stay. My rooms were not cleaned, and fresh towels were not provided for two days. Additionally, the pool was exceedingly cold, which can be concerning for families with young children. Furthermore, the coffee maker in the room was non-functional, and the internet connection was very slow.

Airport shuttle is handy, however being close to the airport it's pretty much non stop planes right overhead so it's quite loud. Property is showing it's age and needs a face lift - carpets in the hallway are stained, the roof had leaked in my room and it was patched up with caulking, someone had done a horrible patch job on the bathroom door. Transit service to this hotel is only peak hours if you are off peak it's almost a 1 KM walk to the bus stop. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but if you want any kind of variety be prepared to have to drive or order in Skip or Uber.

Great airport shuttle(we got hot chocolate chip cookies!). Our room had been updated and was quite modern, also very quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. Walked a couple of blocks over to eat at Montana's steakhouse. They do have free cooked breakfast. Only complaint was the carpet in our room was shabby looking but clean.

The transportation process needs to be a bit more clear. We had to wait about 45mins with a lot of back and forths. We bathroom door keeps on falling off and some other things with staff on my credit card was not handled with car. Rooms are very clean though, beautiful location and breakfast is included.
