Appreciated the staff competence and shuttle service. Bagged breakfast for our early morning departure. Convenient location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay at this location if not for flight plans. Room was fairly clean but found one piece of plastic garbage left on nightstand. Too much perfume and scent in lobby for sensitive individuals.

DO. NOT STAY HERE
We arrived late at night at this place. First thing I noticed, the place is quite. Red Notices pasted all around the main entrance written in Big Letters “ CLOSED MUST EVACUATE THE FACILITY. We ignored it. Got into the room and the room we had is not the same room we paid for (suite). They told us the room we booked for is not available and that all rooms are the same. Later, not even few minutes, we saw some bugs. A peaceful night turned into a nightmare. We had to immediately leave the room and told the front desk about it. They wanted us to upgrade to suite. All of a sudden, the suite was available after this incident. We refused to take the suite and had made a call to the Ministry of Tourism. The MOT confirmed itself that this facility should have been Closed. Hotels.com is partially refunding me blaming that the hotel facility is refusing to issue full refund. Meanwhile the hotel told me they cannot issue refund and I should be dealing with hotels.com. Of course Hotels.com is playing their dirty games again…. as usual. This Hotels.com definitely like to rob customers.
