The Lion King trip.

The room was very quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming , the food choices in the area are very good, there are lots of restaurants very close by, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good

This is close to the highway and near credit valley hospital. Nice restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very small and towels extremely thin. Replacing the towels would make such a huge improvement! Room was quiet and didn’t hear a lot of outside noise. The breakfast was good except a lot of things were out out and not replaced so we had to scrap the bottom for oatmeal and last banana! Would be nice if they had a variety of tea available. Pool area was just ok not a lot of chairs and no hot tub.

Best Customer Service Ever

The staff at this hotel are the best I've ever encountered. At first I thought it was the gentleman that greeted us at the front desk, but quickly discovered it was everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to.
