This place was IMMACULATE. Staff was seen cleaning immediately after anything got spilled at the very good warm breakfast buffet. This place looked so new, so i asked how old it was. They said 3 years. It is beautifully kept.

Breakfast was nothing special - the usual ‘free’ in hotel breakfast. Add bacon, and better quality breads, bagels and muffins. Bed was very comfortable and my room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. I could just hear neighbours talking next door, but it wasn’t an issue. Loud guests would likely be easy to hear. Asked for top room - they said they didn’t have any left (and I checked in just before the earliest check in time of 4:00 p.m.) Hmm…
