My room and next room are separated by an internal door, which is very bad in noise cancellation. A few teenagers next room made loud gaming chatting at 5:30 AM woke me up totally… in addition the elevator shakes badly, very scary inside. Others seem fine.

The mattresses were so old that we didn’t sleep all night. They were so lumpy, soft and uncomfortable. The heat blew hot and then freezing cold. Never again! We used to stay there all the time. Never again.

Very noisy elevator. We were given a room behind the elevator. Asked to be moved to another unit and it was still behind the elevator at the end I'd the hall UT still hear the elevator noise all night long.
