It was okay. There was no water in the room as it is basic requirement. As customer coming from travelling they are tired they have to take water in the lobby. It is so wired. Bath tub is pathetic it is yellow in colour and some layer is coming out like it too old and it should be change. Bath tub curtain rod is bent. There is no door mat in washroom. As customer take shower some water on floor so they have to keep feet on wet floor. We may fall and get injured. Comforter is not good in condition it look like too old and little bit yellowish. When we use basin most of the water come out of the basin. Before there was no slipper when i asked then they give. It should be there before asking. Heater is noisy. There is TV in room but no use as we have to see any movie we have to pay it that is not good for customers as customers is already paying too much money for it. Take my points in positive way so that you can improve your service so that customers should be happy. This price is not worth for this room. This room price should be 250. If u listen to me sincerely. I ll do booking through you otherwise not. Refund my half money.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced between business and personal travel. This is barely a three star hotel. Noisy. People yelling profanities in the hallways and in their rooms well into early morning with no intervention from the hotel security. Air conditioning and safe don’t work. Rust in the tub. No wifi with exception of Hilton rewards members. We had also reserved a room with a room credit through Expedia which the hotel did not acknowledge. Overall, this was an extremely poor way to end a two week vacation. The only pleasant thing about this hotel was the wait staff in the restaurant. I would not recommend nor ever stay here again. Recommend just taking the UP express and staying downtown instead at a better hotel. I feel like a full refund would barely cover how bad this experience was.

Friendly staff and easy check-in. What I didn’t like is because I booked through Expedia I couldn’t take advantage of their park and stay rate which made parking very expensive and meant I had to source out another parking lot while I was away. I blame that on Expedia though not the Hilton.

The Hilton hotel was incredibly accommodating for our Wedding. When we checked in, they made us feel welcomed, gave us water and complementary snacks. They make sure we were taken care of, and any questions or concerns we had, they delivered with professionalism and care. We are incredibly satisfied with our experience at the Hilton!
