Customer service was good. staff members were friendly and eager to serve you.
what I didn't like is that I had reserved a different place, with higher standards. This was not what I was expecting.
However, this is not the hotel's fault. This is Expedia's fault that was unprofessional and clumsy.

Close to Costco, banks etc, and very easy to access the hotel. Definitely will come back next time.

Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, it did not affect us in any way. Location very close to airport. We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you
