The property itself was wonderful! I was so excited to stay at the resort however the staff ruined it for me. There was no please or thank you, often hanging up the phone on me. My rooms sheets had stains and when I tried to call front desk NUMEROUS times there was never an answer. I was so very excited and was looking into extending my stay when I saw the property however because of the front desk staff and the lack of cleanliness and care in my room, I won’t be back.
