Run down and not in a safe area. Walked into the hotel and I was worried about my safety even though there was security. Room was run down. Not worth the money. A few days later I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express…. It was priced better, It was brand new, and felt safe.

Property is in convenient location as the Airport is nearby. There is a shuttle service which can be accessible by the Hotel Guests. Carpet in the room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom tap was leaking. Smoking smell in the lobby and Elevator. Housekeeping staff opened my door without even noticing that I haven’t checked out of the room. It was scary and when I opened the door she started apologizing. I did not expect this from Marriot. When I picked up the food and while I was on elevator, someone said it’s a bad smell coming from the food. Hotel guests were not up to the mark. There’s security everywhere which shows that the property has some safety issues. I haven’t enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at the hotel during a business trip and while the hotel was hosting evacuees. My coworker woke up with bites all over his body. He went to the doctors who said it is bed bug bites. Hotel staff are wonderful, hotel itself was great but bed bugs are terrifying.
