I had a wonderful time here. One of my best hotel experiences in Toronto. They provided a crib for my infant, willingly changed our room so we could be next door to my sister and her family. Staff was very courteous. Buffet breakfast was great!

Hotel advertises long-term parking with free airport shuttle. What they don’t tell you is several vehicles have been stollen from their parking structure and there is no security! DO NOT leave your vehicle here! Not safe! Hotel is aware of the vehicle theft problem but doesn’t care.
