Parking can be complicated and didn't look safe as there are cars going back and forth from all directions also to the adjacent restaurants. Overall a busy hotel, nice bedrooms, comfy beds.

Recently renovated. Gorgeous, one of the best Embassy Suites. Shuttle to the airport leaves every 30 min.

The staff at this property were rude except for one staff who checked me in. I noticed they were nice to white folks who walked to them. But acted pricey when people of color approached them. The rooms was noisy from outside sound of vehicles. The fire alarm went off and I had to walk down 12 floors and waited for an hour for things to get resolved. The manager called me to ask why I was late to check out when he fully knew what had just happened. Extremely poor service. Mediocre facilities. Don’t think will stay here again.

Arrive into Terminal 1 waited 25 mins. for the shuttle then call the front desk and was told to go to Terminal 3 and a driver will arrive in 30 mins. Once on the shuttle the driver made a second stop at the location I was orignally standing at Terminal 1.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel modern and clean. Staff was very accommodating and brought a crib to our room for our baby. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Our welcome was not very welcome. The check-in staff were not welcoming, very clinical. The hotel is nicely appointed but very clinical and not our style. The room was overlooking a parking lot so there was no view. The breakfast and the airport shuttle were good. This hotel is clinical and cold so this would not be a hotel of first choice.

The ambiance of the hotel was great but the room I stayed in was very unclean. Hair everywhere and looked like nothing was vacuumed or dusted. Shower was absolutely disgusting. I really hope you do better.

The hotel was beautiful. I loved the friendly staff, the hot breakfast, the cocktail hour and the tour to Niagara Falls. I wished the breakfast started earlier. Breakfast started at 7:30 and the tour also started at 7:30.
