Overall it was good. The room with the corner tub had a great view, and access to the path was easy. The lobby was a little underwhelming and a little tired looking. And parking wasn't very clear...I mean I'm not even sure I was in the right parking garage to be honest? However the room was great.

We love staying here. The customer service is always great. The pool needs some love and cleaning. The steam room is under construction- but the floor was dirty. Otherwise excellent stay so far.

A decent downtown Toronto hotel. Kids liked the pool. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready (despite showing up after the 3pm check-in time to begin with), but they did give us free breakfast buffet (which was great!) to make up for it. We stayed in the 2-bedroom family suite, so lots of space for everyone!

Raylin and Christina at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, informative and warm! They truly made my stay fabulous despite the hotel being under construction! Key cards added for elevators and needed for each floor. Good security and prime location to Scotia Arena and other downtown areas! Very walkable!

It's a nice hotel and great location but some little things I noticed. The gym was way too hot for a gym, it was noisy outside with the trains at 5am on one morning, and the shower door opens into the shower covering the controls, so you have to go in the shower and close the door to turn it on which is not cool. Whoever designed that has serious planning issues. But I would stay here again because these are really just small concerns overall.
