Well no microwave in room fridge is small parking rate outrageous they tried to charge my credit card more after deposit was made and my room was prepaid for 4 days prior to arrival

I had an issue with my pick up at the airport. Evidently the staff knew about and Mohammed was very pleasant but not sincere. He probably knew that I was already unhappy. As a single, they gave me a room on the second floor surrounded by loud families with kids and teens..loud door slamming, room right next to the elevator. I can assure you I will NEVER stay here again and will give a bad revue on Expedia and Google. Very disappointing.
