This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. It’s conveniently located in north york. 10 minutes from the lasik md office made it a great choice for post op recovery.

The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was very friendly. We made a request when booking for extra towels which they mentioned upon check in that has already been placed in our room. The room was decent, relatively clean but it didn't feel like it was newly renovated like what others said. The two glasses that was in the bathroom was disturbingly dirty. I tried to take a photo of it but the photo didn't clearly show how dirty it was. There were moist inside the glass and with dirty streak. We didn't touch it at all. We used the ones provided by the k-cup that was sealed. My family of 4 travels to Toronto occasionally but probably wouldn't be back again at this location. Also, I expected parking to be free (as read in other review) but was told $8 will be charged to my credit card.

There are 2 Marriott brands at this one address. We had stayed previously in a suite. We wanted the same again. Unbeknownst, it was Town suits vs Courtyard in our earlier stay. UNLESS YOU KNOW there are 2 brands, it's an issue. The change process at the front desk was a challenge (didn't do it)
