There is no insulation or privacy. I could hear everything happening in the rooms around me the person next door slept thru their alarm for 45 minutes and then finally got up, was throwing up, coughing , hacking and whatever else in the bathroom. Had to wear ear phones with loud music on instead of sleeping… The breakfast service was very slow. Ordered a breakfast burrito and it took almost 30 minutes to be brought out. They need additional help or a larger kitchen area to handle more than 5 people at a time. The staff was nice.

2nd time staying here (same room- without being requested). Clean, SUPER comfy bed. Front desk staff are very polite and friendly, know their stuff and make it easy to check in and out. Theres always an extra set of towels already in the room, my only suggestion- more towel bars and a fan in the bathroom would be nice...or have automatic room freshners for the bathroom.

The most positive aspect of the hotel was the staff. They were extremely helpful and professional. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows could be improved. Overall, I had a satisfactory and high-quality stay.

Everything was quite good. The only 2 things I was unhappy about was there werent any locks on bathroom doors and no microwave in the room. Also one suggestion, stop using bar soaps and give liquid soap just like the shampoo and shower gel. Would save a lot of money.

The hotel area was further from the airport than is expected. The hotel was also far from the CN tower/rogers stadium. We had to take a bus ride it all the way till the end and then ride the subway 17 stops until we reached union. The commute was LONG! Like hours i dont recommend staying in markham if you are trying to see more downtown area (aquarium, CN tower, Rogers stadium, scotiabank arena) maybe would be better if you rented a car? the hotel wasent the cleanest either. Stains on the carpet, dirt grime on the walls, our toliet paper holder fell off when we used it once. Hotel didnt look like the pictures that were shown. Staff was very nice though!
