Front desk staff was on the phone while checking us in. The whole building needs a serious renovation; the floors in the hallway are extremely uneven. The rooms were dirty: pillows on the bed had stains and hairs on them and the carpets are old and filthy. The beds feel like they were purchased in the 90's...very lumpy. Bar closes early and we were only served a drink to "take to your room". Breakfast was inedible.

Staff did not accommodate the person with mobility needs. We had to carry luggage up to the second floor. When asked for assistance, was told they could help after they were done. Not happy with the lack of assistance to guests with mobility issues.

There is no elevator, had to drag luggage up the stairs, the lady at reception was exceptionally rude, the place is a dirty run don dump, shuttle left without us, paid over $200 for 1 nought, don’t stay here!

It was a basic room but was clean. Good for overnight near the airport. It had a shuttle but we walked a couple of times and that was convenient. Breakfast was included and food available to buy there as well. Very friendly staff.

Decent hotel, excellent service, reasonable price. Only complaint was the shower temperature would swing from cold to scalding hot without moving the handle. Be careful with small kids.

The two ladies who were working at the front desk lack professionalism and were nothing but rude and condescending. My family and I arrived at Pearson Airport. We proceeded to walk to the exit where is said hotel shuttle. After waiting 30 mins and saw the quality inn bus driver past us. I called the hotel and asked if the drive could come back for us. The lady answered the phone and told us we were at the wrong g gate. We hate to be at door 13 not door 43. Nothing in our reservation or the exit stated we had to be at door 13. Once we finally arrived at the hotel the two ladies seemed more interested in finding chargers for their cell phones then checking us in. And when we asked how come the driver couldn’t have stopped at picked us up at door 43 we got belittled by their response by it is door 13 only. Once in the return shuttle and talking to other passengers this is a very common occurrence about the bus stop. I hope for future guest you make it clear in the reservation that it’s door 13 not 43. And you talk to the two ladies on how they should act more professional as they have left a bitter taste in our experience with quality inn.
