Property was definitely in rough condition…bathroom tiles loose and broken, lamps didn’t work, games in family zone broken, elevators run down and dated looking, pool tiles and chairs broken. We didn’t use the laundry facilities but they had broken signs on them. Just a general sense of being older and run down. Staff was nice and beds were comfortable with clean rooms. Food options were good and location to walk most places was great!

Disappointed.
The cost of the stay should include parking, especially when you spend over 13000 to stay for longer than 2 nights. We stayed an additional 2 nights and our parking was just shy of 90 dollars. That should have been waved in my opinion.

The downstairs area was nice and clean. Well kept. Check in lines we're always long. Our room was less than average in my opinion. Tub drainage issues. Stood in about 4 inches of water during a 7 minute shower. Room was just and average hotel room. Safe was not usable.
