I loved how the hotel had 4 different street entrances. Gerrard and Elm were the quite streets, but if I wanted to wonder right into action there's Young and Bay streets. Oh and Halloween night had action. It was like my own personal parade of cars and people in costumes. Cars does mean noises, but it was Halloween night. The hotel was helpful with tickets for the hockey hall of fame to rippleys aquarium. It makes walking right into these museums easy, plus you get a discount. Minutes from the subway and trams. Highly suggest getting day passes for public transportation. Even with public transportation did a ton of walking. It was nice to do something in the morning. Recovering in the pool and whirlpool midafternoon (adult pool on floor 27). Just to head back out for the evening. Options for eating ranged from Easton centers food court to several restaurants I tryed along Young and Elm streets. If I had more time definitely would have try more places at the World Food Market 335 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 2L3.

The room is big and comfort. Facilities are good. It is the biggest hotel in downtown toronto. There's 20 something floors and each floor 80 rooms. So in holiday there's long queue in restaturant, check-in and check-out.

We greatly appreciated the location of the hotel. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Part of our group was in the room beside us and their toilet wasn't fuctioning properly. I know that the maintenance staff will likely be all over that problem to resolve the issue. It would have helped to have a binder of info in our room containing: location of ice machines, pool location & hours (more flexible hours needed in family pool-9am-9pm was limiting for those just staying one night), location of nearby restaurants, room service, etc.

No mini bar/fridge in the room. Long hairs(clog) on the shower wall from a previous visitor, all week long despite the room being cleaned properly on a daily bases. I still have a 150CAD reservation on my creditcard after two week.
