The hotel is good for the price rooms are a great size and beds are comfortable the location was also great.

Great location and friendly staff. Very well organized and equipped one-bedroom suite. Nice to have parking below the hotel in the middle of the city even if it costs extra. Only downside is the lack of bar or restaurant. But we would certainly choose to stay again as there are restaurants nearby.

Subway is right in front of the hotel by the tunnels. Very nice location, 5 min from Dundas Mall, and close to many restaurants. Suites are spacious and convenient with the kitchenette.

Great friendly staff, room could use small improve
Good: security --> ensures no guests after 10pm, so we don't have party situations. Friendly staff. Thoughtful welcome gift. To be improved: - Showerhead is fairly dated. And easy 30-40$ upgrade would make a world of a difference. - heating system could be improved to not blow warm dry air right onto the bed
