We had a great stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. There are a lot great restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and quiet. Parking rate was reasonable. We'll defintely come back again when we are in downtown toronto next time.

Decent hotel, ridiculous rule where they don’t allow anyone to deliver anything after certain hours let alone to your room. Would have been nice to know prior to booking that you can’t come and go as you please without being grilled by a security guard after 10.

The check in was terrible. The staff were rude to my son who was on his way back to the US from college and almost did not allow him to stay even though I was willing to provide my credit card over the phone to them. I could hear the staff yelling at him rudely and they refused to speak to me over the phone. I was afraid that he might have to be out in the cold, but luckily they came to their senses and allowed him to stay with $200 US dollar deposit from his debit card. The whole situation was just terrible. I don't think that I will ever stay at that hotel.

The room is fine, the staff are great, but the parking garage has a very challenging entry for mid-sized and larger vehicles. Also, not all pay stations advise hotel guest not to pay for parking in the garage. That would have been nice to know upfront. It was $13 more to pay in the garage.
