There was a hockey team staying in the hotel and it was true chaos - extremely loud, adults and kids taking over the lobby, the common area and hallways. We asked to be on a floor different from the team but we were placed on the same floor. We left without even opening the hotel room door and requested our money back, which was another headache. Staff was very tolerant and understanding of the team, but not of those trying to avoid it.

It was far too hot in the building and especially in the hallways. The first morning there was not enough hot water so my shower was just warm. On my check out day I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door (check out at 11am) at 1005, while I was on a conference video call housekeeping started knocking on my door. Very disrespectful and disruptive.
