Everything was what i would have expected from a Best Western hotel. Room was clean and the staff for the most part were great. I did not appreciate being told that there was only one room available when i needed to extend my stay. I went to my room and checked online and saw that there were plenty.

My wife and I were in town for two days to catch a musical show and we always like to arrive a day early, and we typically stay downtown, but this was a Taylor Swift concert night, so staying away from downtown was in order. Although the hotel is close to highway 401, the rooms were surprisingly quite (only a slight hum), parking was easy, free and ample. Staff members were very friendly, rooms were very nicely appointed, my wife enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast hit the spot including gluten free cereal and a choice of soy and almond milk - an unexpected nice touch. While there is "The Keg" restaurant in walking distance, you will need a car for everything else. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff were excellent!! Our room was so-so with some existing damage to the bed and pull out couch. The walk to the nearest bus stop is interesting. Overall 7/10.

We had 5 people registered. Only 3 towels and two teeny tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Beds were a little hard for my liking. But very clean, easy parking. Close to highway. Standard hotel breafast included with good hours and nice coffee machine.

Great Place!
Excellent! Right away on checking in they were so nice and offered us great advice on taking the train into Toronto for the Taylor Swift show at the Rodgers Centre. Even when we returned back that evening we got such a nice return greeting. Breakfast was delicious and had many offerings. The room was even ready early for us which was very convenient!
