Wish we had booked longer
They went out of their way to accommodate us. They made us food even after they were closed. The room had really nice touches and beautiful candles everywhere. The grounds are beautiful. I could stay here for a long time. The breakfast was really thoughtful and delicious.

Great rural hotel with historic reference
Great hotel in beautiful surroundings away from the city (but in the middle of nature and next to an interesting art museum). The hotel is set in its historic reference and gives you a great feel of a bygone area. The kitchen (for both breakfast and dinner) is very much up to date and is also highly recommended. All in all a great stay and we hope to come back in the future.

Herregård med meget venlig betjening og lækker mad
Havde en dejligt ophold i hovedbygningen i værelse Røngten. Vi spiste lækker middag i restauranten, forret, hovedret og dessert - det var velkomponeret mad og meget venligt betjeningspersonale. Havestuen hvor vi sad var hyggelig. Morgenmaden bestod af mange lækre ting, men lokalet var ikke ok (se nederst). Inden aftensmaden gik vi rundt i parken (blå rute) og så de mange forskellige træer og de 2 kunstværker - jeg var på min lille rejse elscooter, og det gik hovedsagligt fint, nogle få steder var der så smattet at jeg måtte skubbes. Når man når lysthuset ved kæmpethuaen, så gå ind da det er et særsyn og lyst faldt smukt ind kl 18. Hvad er det så der gør at jeg ikke giver 5 stjerner? Stedet har en del flotte stuer, men de havde ting stående som ikke hørte til i lokalet (fra et tidligere arrangement), så som gæst kunne man ikke nyde dem i fulde drag - især musiksalen og den røde stue. Den lækre morgenmad blev serveret i kælderen i et stort lokale med plastikduge på - morgenmaden burde også have været serveret oppe i restuarantstuerne, da det især er for stemningens skyld man vælger denne Herregård. Det virker som om kælderen er valgt da der så skal mindre bemanding på - men flere kaffekander kunne afhjælpe det der blev ringet på klokken for. Slutteligt - drop plastikblomsterne på bordene i restaurantstuerne - lokalerne er så smukke. Hvis I syntes blomster skal dervære, så vælg tørrede hvis I vil have det nemt.
