The room itself was very nice, but, the bathroom was very small and not conducive to getting dressed in. The breakfast was not up to par for a Hyatt Hotel. There was a big problem with them keeping the coffee and food available. The fruit, in the bowl, looked bad.

Shower had almost no water pressure so it just dribbled out, the sixth floor smelled like sweaty feet, and we found multiple hairs on our pillows/ bedding. Hotel offered us no help since we “booked through a third party” (hotels.com) and after an entire day’s worth of phone calls to customer service we were only able to get refunded half of what we paid for our stay.
