Decent place for road trip stays.
Nice place, a bit off the highway. We checked in at midnight and we're out before 8am so not much to observe, other than place was clean, a few construction issues noticed ( bathroom slider door was trapezoid to the vertical side walls. Toilet plumbing stub oddly located relative to tile baseboard, crappy ceiling hung showerhead and shower with no real door). Breakfast decent for most too.

Great stay, though parking was a nightmare. There were multiple uhauls taking up 5+ parking spaces leaving single vehicles to park off property on the street. They should not be allowed to park u-hauls on site. Breakfast was great! Nice stay overall. Easy to get to from K-10.

Everything you’d want on the edge of Lawrence
This place is immaculate. Very clean, and everything works. Breakfast area is large and inviting, and the bar in the evening is nice too.

Pros: For the price this was a great hotel that I would definitely stay at again. The hotel is very new, and as of our stay clean and well taken care of. The staff we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a me of the better free hotel breakfasts we had on our roadtrip. Cons: The bar was not in operation when we stayed. The rooms are not dark at night. There are lights in the room that can not be disabled, tons of light comes from under the door all night, and the blinds do not keep out all the light. The rooms also let in a lot of noise from the hall. There were people smoking in a couple of rooms near ours, and it made the hallway smell horrible.
