A new facility that pretty much does it all very well at a reasonable price. The only slight objection was the in-room heat/cool unit running on "low" fan was still pretty loud. Other than that, a big thumbs up.

My only note would be that the room was not family friendly in that the bathroom has a barn door and the shower has no door and a rain shower head. Great hotel, just not easy to bathe littles.

It felt like nobody was really managing the property. The floor in the lobby all the way to The elevator was dirty for two days with actual clumps of dirt coming into the building. There was a dirty sock outside the sliding glass door entrance for two days. I only saw a person at the front desk when I checked in. In addition those powdered breakfast eggs are undercooked and truly disgusting. Recognize that it’s a good price for a room and the actual room itself was clean, but nobody’s paying attention to the overall property on a daily basis. And that should happen whether the hotel is full or empty as it seemed to be.

Nice stay. Good location. We stayed 2 nights to visit friends in the area and go to a KU BBall game. Quiet and comfortable Thought the bar might be open after the game but it was Tuesday night and closed early. We had a leak in our room and it was fixed when we got back to the room. Bed clean and cozy. Breakfast was Okay. Might have been better if we had gotten down earlier. We would definitely stay again.

Good stay with great serivce. This pool was EXACTLY what we have been wanting. It was warm, towels stocked, plenty of seating, and it had pool balls and toys for anyone to use! They had kid friendly options at breakfast. I appreciate the almond milk option as we have dairy issues in our family.

Terrible Housekeeping - Nice Hotel
The hotel is a nice property but we were looking forward to staying there. The front desk people were very nice. The room was a mess. The shower was dirty, lots of hair in it. The floor had dirt all over. The toilet knob was gross. The walls had sticky stuff on them. When I told the lady at the front desk she smiled and said, "Oh yeah our housekeeping is horrible. It's bad." and she kept ontalking and smiling. I was shocked! If you know your housekeeping is bad fix it.

We stopped here on our drive across country for the night. We were glad we did. It was a beautiful hotel from right when you pull into the parking lot. Lots of lighting to light up the whole parking lot. The hotel is right across the street from Kansas State University. Walking into the hotel, we were blown away by how nice it was inside. Nice big area where the many choices of a continental breakfast is served. There is a full bar as well that had ample seating. Many couches and chairs spread throughout. A business center that we didn’t use, but noticed a couple people that were. Indoor pool looked nice and inviting, but we didn’t use. Small store for snacks, drinks and microwaveable food. The night receptionist was welcoming. She told us all about the property and what it had to offer. I’ve chest and vending machines on each floor. We stayed in room 413, that had 2 queen size beds (all that was available when I booked the room while pulling into the parking lot). The room is so nice! Clean, ample lighting and comfortable beds. Bathroom is very nice. My only issue is the shower head. The water pressure is very light. Either change from a rain shower head, or lower it another foot or so. I’m just under 62” and there is no way I could reach the knob that changes the way the water comes out. My husband was able to reach it, but he said the knob didn’t make a difference in the pressure. Next time I travel, I’ll definitely try to stay with this chain.
