Service was wonderful, all of the team were very lovely and approachable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, a little bit dated and the shower screens could use an update but were clean and didn’t brother us. The location is central to Ruthven Street and therefore convent to attractions such as the art deco Strand cinema. The area is largely safe , but feels less so after dark when some homeless people appear and youths drink and call out late into the night. The hotel room has all the basic needs for a short stay, but is soulless. On arrival it smelt musty. The room we stayed in was due for refurbishment: the air conditioner dripped water internally; taps had lost their chrome; the jug seemed to shed water everywhere; and there was some unidentified leak from the rear of the toilet pedestal). In summary, there are better places on offer with just a little less convenience.
