The rooms are modern, the staff were friendly, and its conveniently located off of I-75. There are plenty of dining iptions within minutes of the hotel. Will definitely book again.

Not the same quality of other Hilton properties we’ve stayed at. Though room was clean on arrival, the floor was not, if barefoot feet were black from walking on them. Room to have been cleaned twice while there, only done once after mentioning at front desk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Water bottle refill station in the lobby! Cute sling chairs in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Room felt updated and clean.

I really enjoy staying at Tru by Hilton because I like the room design and the hotel in general. The staff, Lauren in particular, are friendly, helpful, and professional. I have to say however, that I was disappointed when I arrived to find dog hair on the laminate floor. Also, despite a small sign in the room that said that towels will be replaced and beds made every other day, i had to request fresh bath towels on my 3rd day of my 4 day stay because no one had been in to freshen the room. Also, the body wash dispenser was empty. Overall though, I was pleased with the room and motel

Booked as was host hotel for pageant. Room was ok (having welcome with name on TV was nice touch). However, finding a vape pen on my bathroom sink ledge was not exactly what I expected as a welcome to your room present. Especially at the price charged.
