It was obvious that the housekeeping needs help. Only half roll of toilet paper in room, toilet seat did not stay up, no plastic cups; only two coffee cups beside the coffee maker which was not clean inside. Missing room "do not disturb" sign. Good shower pressure, great level of on demand hot water. A/C TV, worked 100%.

This is the best room I’ve gotten in the Toledo area. I’m almost shocked it’s considered 2 stars. The cleanest and best maintained hotel I’ve experienced in awhile for this price point. The little breakfast is nice just wish it had more protein options. The staff is friendly. My first day the hallway in the stairs smelled like sewer so bad but resolved by the time I woke up. Very well maintained will be returning and do recommend.

Everything within 15-minutes and the facility was clean. Breakfast was perfect and being pet friendly was helpful. However, the Pet free was one of the highest compared to similar facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rear door area needs to be cleaned by a professional to ensure there is no bad smell. Overall, it was a good experience.
