You get what you pay for. The rooms are nothing special but do have what you need to get through your stay. I did get locked out of my room once which was really inconvenient (was put on the 3rd floor and arms were full of equipment) but was rectified quickly once I reached the front desk. Staff was friendly and are really trying with what they have to work with. A lot of work crews and lots of groups are there so it can get somewhat noisy but once in your room and tv is turned in all is well. It’s not the Hilton but what I said in the beginning holds true…. It’s the least expensive place in the area which is why you are looking here. Show respect here and you’ll receive that in return but remember…You get what you paid for!

I reserved a king bed non smoking room. They didn’t have any available I received 2 double bed smoking. The reception desk claimed it was non smoking. It stunk!!!

The pillows were wonderful however the comforter had multiple stains. The bathroom was very old with poor water pressure but at least the temperature was constant

When we checked in we were told we were booked for a smoking room. We told them that that would be a problem because of allergies. They politely moved us to a non smoking room, no questions asked. Upon getting to the room you could tell it was obviously a smoking room at some point and was about 100°. We promptly turned the AC on high which started an ungodly noise which made it even hard to talk with each other in the room. We then decided to take showers in an attempt to cool off. At which time we found that there was absolutely no hot water in the room. The clothes rod was ripped from the wall and one of the hand towels we were provided had blood stains on it. I will never book at another Choice Hotel ever again.
