I booked a hotel room for a certain price, went to the check in and they charged me almost $70 extra.. asked about the extra charge, said it was for “incidentals” I said okay that’s fine. She stated when we check out it goes right back into the card. I’ve stayed here multiple times, never had charge, and never received my money back.

This was a great stay, with a comfortable, well-appointed room. Amenities met or exceeded expectations. The only unpleasant surprise was that free parking was advertised, but not available. Would suggest that you discontinue advertising that does not reflect actual conditions.

Friendly staff-Minor bedding issue fixed quickly.
The front desk staff was very friendly and the valet service was helpful and efficient. We encountered an issue with what appeared to be a blood stain on the underside of one of the comforters, but new bedding was provided within about 20 minutes of calling the front desk. The rest of the room was clean and bedding was comfortable.
