The front desk was not helpful trying to check in..i was very early 1030? After overnight flight..check in is at 3. I asked if we had a chance of early check in. First person said they would check with housekeeping. I asked if they would call and let me know. No answer. I then told them i would check back with them around 12. Checked back at 12 . "My" room was not ready. Since she said my room i asked her what my room number would be. She couldnt tell me because it could change. She said she would check with housekeeping. I asked if she could call me. No answer. I told her i would check back..130 checked back..not ready . I told her we would be sitting in the lobby/lounge area. She said she would come get me when room was available.. she never did. I checked at 305. Room was ready.. room turned out to be room for person with disabilities, shower is open to toilet. Waited for this? .there was not one person waiting to check in while we waited for 4 and a half hours.so they were either lying to me or didnt care. Either way terrible experience. I understand check in is at 3. Dont string me along like i have a chance of getting in early and keep telling me your checking with housekeeping. Just be honest and say sorry we cant get your room till 3 and even though i was extremely tired and i would have been disappointed, i would have went in to toledo for a few hours. Room was ok. Toilet was wet after shower. The only good service was from the two young men in the bar area.
