On arrival the 1st floor as well as the elevator had a very pungent smell of marijuana. Following morning the elevator and pool was closed. Unsure why the elevator was closed but was a huge inconvenience being on the top floor with all my luggage. The pool was closed due to water testing and filling which upset my little girls not getting an opportunity to swim. Which was an huge reason why I picked this particular establishment. Unsure why this couldn’t have been performed while the pool was closed. It also appeared someone was lurking in vehicles late at night. I discovered this when I ran out to my vehicle for an item for my daughter at 1230 am. Extremely disappointed that the area has been slowly going down hill. Will not be staying there ever again.

The bathroom was absolutely, disgustingly dirty. There was peeling paint on the ceiling with black mold in that area. The floors had caked- on dirt and hair that looked like it had been there for a very long time. The shower barely worked and the tub didn't drain. There was no shampoo in the room. The breakfast was very meager, and the scrambled eggs were ice cold. An incredibly disappointing experience.

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned. There were things still in the refrigerator and we found a pill on the floor. The bed was ok but the breakfast was pretty good. I liked that checkout is at noon

Very personable staff; Price was very reasonable and facility was quiet. Our room temp A/C was set at 60 when we arrived at 10 pm at night! It was frigid in the room. Large bathroom mirror above the sink was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. Many dirt marks and grime on lower mirror. There were NO towels in the bathroom except 1 hand towel on the shelf beneath the sink. Someone is not paying attention to details. No trash can in the bathroom. There was a trash can in the area of the bed/dresser.

Property claimed it was smoke free but the room smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. Bathroom was dirty and had hair left behind from previous guest. Room key kept deactivating and had to keep going to the desk. TV did not work. Addressed these concerns with the front desk and was given attitude and treated like I was the problem. Never again.

Beautiful bathroom. Loved the size of the bed, which was extremely comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Nice and inviting lobby area when arriving. Rooms clean and comfortable, but tv could use an update. Wasn't the nicest tv. When you would turn it off and back on, the tv would turn itself on to max volume and blare itself everytime upon restarting. It was annoying! When the cleaning people cleaned our room they took all the towel and wash clothes and never replaced them with more. We had to keep bugging the staff that we needed some. Finally my husband had to go down and retrieve some for us hours later. It was kind frustrating.

Pretty close to I-80. Clean and comfortable. We arrived after 10 PM and the front doors were locked. We tried to call the front desk but no one answered.We had to bang on the door until someone came out from the back. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.
