The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice and efficient at check in. The rooms are basic and the room fixtures are worn. There is a fair amount of road noise if your room faces the highway.

Very embarrassing after I asked to see policy and proof of why my deposit wasn’t returned, I was called ignorant but a staff member J Lee and they called the authorities and I was told I have to take it to civil court for resolution. Very embarrassing and caused great anxiety. They use their authority to belittle me.

We spent the weekend here. Friday the staff checked in the pool area 15 times in less than an hour. Saturday We spent 2 hours in the pool and there were zero towels. When we went to ask for more there was no one in the lobby then she came out we told her and we got ignored for 2 hours!!! There was 25 people in the pool/hot tub and no towels. So we went to our rooms soaking wet because of not being able to get towels. Internet sucked. I actually had to turn my Internet off because I wasn’t able to do anything on my phone connected to their Internet. Last thing I get hotels do bulk but why can’t you buy some. Decent towel paper. Just grabbing it your fingers go right thru.

The hotel was in good shape and location was great, plenty of parking and it felt safe. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and we were given plenty of towels. The receptionist at night was friendly and helpful. Great price, breakfast included!
