The stay started out good but turned bad quickly. Check in was easy and we immediately wanted to use the sauna & hot tub. Sauna did not work at all, no light inside and didn’t heat.
We asked for more towels as they only provide two small towels per person, was told nothing was available until the morning.
Bathroom plug kept turning off power to living area, called front desk girl came down pushed the buttons on the plug, power came back on but we continued to have issues the rest of the trip.
Bed springs were coming out of the mattress so it was squeaking this a bad night sleep both nights..
Next morning we asked again we’re told not available, then asked two more times desk clerk & housekeeping were unwilling to help us. Finally we went down to housekeeping took towels that were on the cart, later desk clerk asked if we got any we told him we got tired of waiting and took our own!
We then ventured to breakfast, very little variety, coffee was empty and roaches climbing the walls!
Gave breakfast another shot the next morning, dirty floors, tables, counters and food was not replenished uou could see it was the days before.
When we checked out fri t desk didn’t even acknowledged us , until I said I was checking out, didn’t bother to ask how our stay was.
Needless to say it was a horrible experience so DO NOT stay at this hotel!!
