The rooms were small but adequate. They are located near the red light district with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots to see and do over there. No gym or pool. The breakfast was good with a mix of Japanese and American cuisine. Washing machine was a big plus.

This was an amazing hotel! Great and very friendly staff, extremely clean and having laundry in the room was a lifesaver. During our stay in Japan we stayed in 4 hotels and this was the only hotel where we ate breakfast everyday because it was so good. There were so many options for great food and everything was very well prepared. Already planning another trip back and will stay at Tokyu Stay!

The location is quiet, the staff are friendly and the property is very clean. However like most hotel in tokyo, the room is small but comfortable. 2 min walk to the station and 7eleven.

Great apartment! We paid for the larger room and was well worth, loads of space to organise our stuff, and a really great bathroom. Washing machines were super easy to use. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great for Shinjuku, between two stations and near the busy city, but on a quiet road with stores nearby. 100% recommend.

It was nice and clean, good location close to lots of hot spots and restaurants. Only thing is I wish they would be more accommodating for early check-ins and improve the bedding - pillows weren’t very comfortable.
