Excellent option

This was 1 of 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip in Japan. It was definitely the best one. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly. We had a washer and dryer that actually worked inside our own room! So no sharing/ waiting for other people. There are so many food options around, and Don quijote is right behind the hotel! There is a shopping center around the corner which includes a market with just prepacked fresh ready to eat food, I highly recommend. The train station is super close and there is an elevator available so no stairs needed to get to your hotel. It's close enough to the shinjuku and shibuya area.

This is a good property for staying a quieter area in Tokyo. It is right by the JR Yamanote line, which goes to all major tourist areas in Tokyo, as well as a subway line. Best thing about this hotel was the washer/dryer unit inside the room. Perfect for travelers who need to do laundry.

Great if you need a personal laundry machine for longer trips. Building is on the older side and the wear and age on the rooms is noticeable, particularly in the washroom units. Area surrounding the hotel is convenient with access to decent dining options and easy walk to multiple transit lines.

It’s so convenient with a washing machine and microwave. Very close to station and restaurants, supermarket. It provides free coffee which is great. It doesn’t offer daily cleaning but that’s ok. The room was small but I cannot complain because of the other positive points. I would come back again.

Excellent Spot

Very friendly staff and excellent location near train station. There were also plenty of places for food and supplies. A great place to stay for recovery from the trip over to HND from th states. Quite good for the value as well considering the price.

Relax and nice area

Travelling alone. Hotel is quite near to the Gotanda station. Donki is just behind the hotel but not a big one. Some food to dine or take away around but not much shopping unlike those in Shinjuku area.
