The check-in and check-out process went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were a good size and I had a great view of Tokyo Dome City. The hotel is right next to two train stations so makes it convenient to get around town.

Do you want to ruin your japan hotel experience? Book this now! Worst service. Do you want to pay for a premium room that has a separate check-in, but be directed to a machine instead? Stay with tokyo dome hotel. Concierge, bell boy, check in staff were all the worst i have experienced in japan. Aren’t japanese hotels the best? Yes, if you take this hotel out. Toilet smelled like urine, no wifi, and guess what they do. They send a person to your room at 11:30pm to stand around and confirm that you were right, and leave

The room size is amazing, specially for Japan. The staff is everything you would expect and more. So many options of what to do, close to subway, lots of restaurants around. I would not eat at the buffet, the food was good, and with all the options around….other than the breakfast and dinner buffet, everything else you pay for is really good.

Great place to stay, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff that run it. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very kind. Close to several subway stations and shopping/dining options at the mall next door. There is also a Lawson on the second floor open 24 hours which is very convenient. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice and in good location. The room is small for 3 people. You can hardly moved around. The pillows are heavy I think made of beans inside. The breakfast has a good selection of food. Very convenient to subway station.

I had booked a standard non-smoking double room, and it was clearly a very old room. The floor I was on was also clearly very old. My room smelled like smoke, and they gave me another room on a different floor, but again it smelled like smoke. Honestly pretty unacceptable for the price you’re paying. I eventually upgraded my room to the premium floor since I was unhappy with the room I had, and it was great. Awesome view, clean rooms, and modern. But, expensive. Honestly, if you have the budget and can afford the premium or higher rooms it’s not so bad. But anything below that I personally believe it is not worth the price. You can find a more modern hotel that is less expensive. 5 washing machines for a hotel with 30 plus floors, really? The Lawsons in the hotel is very convenient.

This is right next to the Toei railway, so it is super convenient. Also plenty of food options from Japanese to other western foods since it is next to Tokyo Dome baseball arena.
