My family of 4 stayed at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive, professional & welcoming. The breakfast buffet each morning had of variety quality & delicious hot and cold foods that we all enjoyed; especially my kids who are picky! The Matcha icecream each morning was great! The hotel room was very clean and housekeeping was prompt and professional! The hotel was near a train station which was very convenient & transportation by using a taxi was efficient, fast and worth the money. The experience was excellent and we’d definitely recommend families new to visiting Japan, to stay at this great spot!

Couldn’t fault our stay in the slightest. Very convenient location right next to Shiomi station, which is very close to Disneyland or Ginza. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Customer service was amazing and went above and beyond. Beautiful hotel with lovely professional staff. There is a 24hr convenience ahop linked to the hotel.hotel has a restaurant. Train station is close just takes some time to understand the system. Have cash, they dont use cards easily
