The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. The hotel is right next to a station and its so affordable to just take a train anywhere you would like to go. We really loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again.

We spent eight wonderful nights at this hotel and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service, making us feel truly welcomed throughout. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Its location is great for families —perfectly situated for seamless train trips across Tokyo and to Disney. We’d absolutely return in a heartbeat!

Amazing hotel, staff was very welcoming. Family mart is attached to the hotel! Got upgraded to a better room which was really nice. Only negative is the walls aren't very well insulated for noise, we heard kids screaming and crying which woke us up a few times.

Great experience

We had a great experience staying here. The amenities provided and the room was great value for money. We felt overall even though the hotel is slightly removed from city center it is well worth the stay. Special thanks to Anastasia at the front desk who graciously helped us communicate with the lost and found after a bag had been left behind.
