Great looking hotel. American side of breakfast buffet between the eggs and bacon were very undercooked. Not to mention needing reservations for breakfast, waited 45 minutes one day and an hour the next. Was disappointed when I asked for a taxi and they said none were available.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. There are restaurants on the property that served traditional Japanese food and western options. We ate at the breakfast buffet twice: just be mindful of the table reservations procedures. We also had dinner at the Japanese restaurant staff was friendly attentive and the food was delicious! We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to the Disney monorail which connects to the Mahaima station. The hotel was conveniently located for the day we spent at Disney. However, it does take 30 minutes to get into Tokyo from the hotel. We had a room with a balcony looking over Tokyo bay some mornings we could see Mount Fuji. The area is quiet which was a nice change from the city visits. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
