The hotel was close to transportation and the area area walkable. We used the hotel as home base for three days of exploring toyko. The couch bed was uncomfortable and my son decided to sleep on the floor instead. Also, there was orange mildew on the shower tiles. Other than that a nice hotel.

Location is super, close to everything, 5min walk to subway, 3 min walk to a mall, a lot of restaurants, convenience stores … staffs are very nice and helpful, breakfast included, lost a room key no extra charge ,airport limousine bus stop in front of the hotel , super convenient! High recommend.

Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected.

My family and I love this hotel. It was beautiful to walk into. The airport shuttle isn’t too expensive, and takes the stress out of having to navigate your way to the hotel. Especially after a long day of traveling. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Tokyo Skytree and a short walk to the train station and plenty of delicious places to eat. WHEN we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our vacation memorable.

Location is great, lots of shops and restaurants. We have 3 adults in the same room and we asked for 3 room cards and the reception staff refused. She just gave us 2, don’t understand how difficult with that! When we arrived, no one around the hotel entrance. We are seniors with lots of luggage, can’t get someone to help.

Pros: Best location,accesible to various modes of transportations,accomodating staffs Cons: breakfast buffet is almost the same everyday, if you stay more than 2 days,on the 3rd day you will run out of options since its the same choices each day!
