A very high-end, luxurious small hotel in an historic building. Inside it is very quiet and peaceful, with exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. After we checked in, we were escorted to our room as if we were VIPs. If you wish to take a train or shop or eat in the mammoth Tokyo Station, just walk a few steps from the hotel to the station and enter a different, super busy world. The hotel staff graciously helped my son pack some items to ship back to the US and showed him where to take the package. Normal room rates are extremely expensive, but we got a good deal from Expedia during the January off-season. We did not use the hotel's cafe or restaurant(s), as we ate twice at the Ramen Street in the basement of Tokyo Station.

I had a really nice experience staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel. Everything was perfect. Their room service and breakfast were amazing. Easy access to the Toraya Cafe, which was a nice bonus. Will stay again in the future.
