Good location, comfy and clean
Good location and reasonably priced. Nice that the hotel starts on the 24th floor to you’re guaranteed a room high up (was on the 35th myself). Comfy bed, good layout of room and very clean. Close to Hama-rikyu gardens which is certainly worth a visit

This was the first hotel where I felt I was treated differently. The staff treated who looked “western” with friendly hospitality and would go out of their way to show it too. For a 4-star hotel the room that we stayed in had stains on the carpet and curtains that were very visible. The shower head was outdated and the hooks were cracked and we saw black mold in the shower. For the price that we paid I would not recommend or return.

Excellent location and service! The entrance is little bit confused if you arrive late in night time. The reception is on 24/F. The entrance on ground floor and underpass is very small! Once you get used the environment, it is very convenient.
