Convenient and Fuji view
A comfortable Hotel very convenient to terminal 3 and the perfect place to spend your last night or first night in Japan. In fact we stayed a couple of nights and it was very convenient to get Into Tokyo. The restaurant was very good and we were lucky enough to have a great view of Mount Fuji from our room... even though you shouldn't expect this as it's usually cloudy.

Zero personal service, with checkin and out being via a machine. Just awful. The beds are ROCK HARD and therefore hideously uncomfortable, I barely slept. The only reason I would stay here again is because it is so convenient to the airport departure terminal. But then I would ask for something to be done about the bed, and for a soft pillow too.

The observation area was amazing. They gave us a room with a view of Mount Fuji. Wow it was phenomenal. We were able to wake up and go to our flight without any stress.

This hotel is super-convenient for international flights from Haneda. However be prepared that the tooms, even premium rooms, are very small. EXCELLENT sound insulation.

Convenient Airport Hotel
Convenient location as it is on the Land Side of Terminal 3. Unfortunately, our flights is at Terminal 2, which requires a ¥150 train ride. The room is larger than most typical Japanese hotels. There are several power outlets throughout the room, but missing at one side of the bed. The checkin and checkout process is mainly automated, this was very convenient and efficient.

I give 5 stars to Royal Park Canvas Nagoya 2024 December, and 5 stars to Royal Park Yokohama March 2024 & December 2024. This Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Royal Park quite disappoints me and I gave it only 3 stars, just a passing mark. If my mom is rating this, she would give only 2 stars. The entrance of hotel is at the Departure level (3 rd floor), cannot enter the hotel from ground floor and there is lack of signage for entrance. The entrance and lobby are very beautiful, but I guess they over spend money in Entrance/ Lobby and the room is old and crappy. Room size is OK large, but furniture is very old with scratch mark. The wall has lots of dent. Understand that the location is great, attaching to departure floor of airport, but at this price, I am expecting the room to be better. Staff is very polite, but still, I have to check in myself using the touch screen computer. Can't believe I have to check in myself. When I walk into Royal Park Nagoya and Yokohama, I feel like a King and now I look like a servant in this hotel. If, you departure flight is 8am and you don't want to miss the flight, then stay one night over here before departure. Other than that, cannot find a reason to stay here.

Location, location
This hotel is inside Haneda Airport terminal 3 on the hire floor, which is the same floor for international departures. It is very convenient for catching a morning flight. There was a beautiful view of Mount Fugi this morning from my window. Breakfast was excellent. We took the Keiku line two stops back and had dinner in a fun okonomiyaki place which was right by the station.
