If I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone went out of their way when asked to help. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing along with the bars! Definitely would recommend this hotel ! This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo. Great location, great services, and great breakfast. I would stay here next time I visit

Hotel is just ok! Language barrier concerns!
General hotel public areas were fine. Guest rooms, and restaurants very much outdated. Staff in the rooftop 33rd floor were very rude and dismissive. Staff does not speak any English. I spent the entire week using Japanese words such as arigato (thank you) and they hardly know thank you in English given their US guest population. Very odd. Disrespectful. Location is great. Hotel just ok!

Tired but impecable
Great hotel. Great view. Is a little tired but impecable. This will be a great hotel to be renew Location is perfect next to the hottest area in Tokyo.

Great location halfway between two metro stations (less than 5 minute walk to each). Staff members go out of their way to make us feel welcome and honor requests. We will never tire of the nighttime view of Tokyo Tower.
