We stayed at The Knot, Shinjuku for our last two nights in Tokyo (total of 16 day stay in Japan). We found the location of the hotel perfect, really convenient and located right next to a lovely park. The hotel itself is rated three-stars which both my partner and I were surprised at, considering how sleek the interiors were. Check in was super fast and one of the staff helped us through. The room was spacious with plenty of room to spread out our multiple suitcases (when we had to repack for our return flight. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant with some drinks for our final evening in Tokyo. The food was fresh, delicious and we were served generous portions. We were waited on by a gentleman by the name of Mukesh who was stupendous, a real credit to the hotel! Thank you for having us, we are already planning on visiting Japan again in 2026 - we will definitely visit your hotel again! - Chris & Sarah (Scotland).

15-20 minutes walk to/from Shinjuku Station. The room does not have a closet but it's still fairly small. There are no bedside outlets and only one USB port. There are good dining options and an excellent bakery

No complaints about the hotel per se but just the following observations… the lobby area can look and feel like a hostel at times and the bathroom reminded me of the style of a cruise ship. Yes, the room is small (of course) but with a little furniture rearrangement, you can comfortably fit 2 big suitcases in and move around. We enjoyed the walk to Shinjuku station as you can go a few different ways and see something new each time. We didn’t try the bakery because we had a favourite place in the park but we did eat at the restaurant and the food was nice and staff very attentive. Oh, one complaint is the bath towels are really thin. Otherwise, I would recommend The Knot to couples and singles.
