Good Hotel that's located in Shinjuku.

Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room.

It's a business hotel so not fancy. It was clean enough and had nice amenities (razor, toothbrush, lotion etc) . The bed is like a futon but in mattress form, very firm. Check in was easy, staff was nice. In an area very business friendly, but a bit away from where I personally wanted to go. The price was right when I booked

Stayed 4 nights, check-in was simple, the room is small but usual size for Tokyo. Super convenient having the airport bus leave out front of the hotel. They have luggage storage for your check out day so we could check out but still explore the city without our bags. The best part was the konbini (convenience stores) within and just outside the hotel are handy.

Motel quality wrapped in a high rise- don't recomm

This hotel seems like it would be a great one but we were severely disappointed. The hotel room is extremely small- basically a bed with no room for people to sit or put your luggage. And we had very small luggage- just carry ons. The biggest issues though had to be the lack of AC. The button labeled "AC" was actually a heater. You need to call and ask for a fan, which helped slightly. My family was so uncomfortable. Turns out the AC is centrally controlled- which is not fair for people staying on high floors. The reception area was cooled well, but our rooms were like ovens. And there is very little sound barrier- you can hear even the most basic conversations. Additionally even though there were 6 elevators, most times you needed to wait a very long time to get into one. The location is a bit far from the station too- about a 10-12 minute walk.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station and also there’s a public bus that passes by the hotel every 15-20 mins intervals

Location of this hotel is perfect, breakfast was very good and staff all pleasant and professional. BUT our room was very very small and there was no way to adjust the temperature or open the window so it was a hot stuffy 25 degrees for most of our stay. There was no place to sit and relax in the room beside on the bed and there was no place in the hotel for guests to sit and chat after a long day of touring. I will never recommend or return.
