The central aircon system is shockingly bad! After coming back to hotel from a long day and there’s no aircon. Hotel switch to heating from afternoon onward. We had to ask for a fan cause we switch off the aircon heating system. Room have no window. We stay in the standard double “newly renovated” but doesn’t feel like the room has been renovated. We stayed here 6 years ago hence we want to come back, it was really good back then. But this time around, we stay 4 nights and we did not like it 1 bit

In the heart of Shinjuku, and a short walk from Shinjuku station, the Prince offered a quiet retreat after a day touring Tokyo. Room was clean, staff was helpful. We would stay here again
