I had a little trouble navigating to the hotel from Shibuya Station, but this is mostly because Shibiya Station is massive with several exits and is a busy commuter hub. This hotel is incredible, staff are super friendly and helpful. So many food and shopping options to explore. The restaurant on the top floor is delicious with a gorgeous view of the city. Would absolutely come back and recommend this to others.

Everything was great but our room smelled strong if cigarettes. And the tub was a bit loose. I almost fell getting out of the shower. Other than that, it was great overall. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location and how friendly and helpful the staff was. I would stay again granted we get a room that doesn't have a cigarette smell.

The most convenient location if you are staying in Shibuya. You have the Shibuya station quite literally connected to the hotel -- while still having the comfort of a quiet hotel. Within walking distance to so many sights and shops. Great stay.

The hotel was classy and calm in the sea of madness that is Shibuya, the staff were all lovely; they saw the jet-lagged, confused, sweaty mess (me) walk in and sorted everything out! The food at breakfast delicious, I can’t fault it and would definitely stay again

Great experience with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great area that is close to Shibuya station as well as excellent restaurants sites in the area. It is also well located to travel around the rest of Tokyo.
