This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of Shibuya - the famous crossing can be seen from the elevator tower. It’s on top of the station mall that houses multiple boutique dining options, shops and desserts, 7-Eleven just a half a block away. There is a wonderful buffet at the top of the restaurant that includes private dining rooms with a vast view of Tokyo. The restaurant below doesn’t serve food until 10 or 11 am but we learned by accident, that there is a secret Starbucks on the 3rd floor. The rooms are spacious and fit 3 of us comfortably. The hotel provided as much bottled water as we were willing to take - something so necessary here. I also used their fitness center which is very small and if more than 3 people enter it’s crowded. Fitness Center opens at 6 am. The train station is very large and confusing in this area but it’s been under reconstruction which was working against us. The famed Hachiko Inu bronze statue is just across the street at the Midori entrance so that was a must. The people in this busy area are focused on getting to and from work - so when we needed help the hotel staff were the best. If your up for a very crowded pocket of Tokyo I would highly recommend this location.

I loved my week-long stay here. I got a double room on the 9th floor and everything about it was perfect. Before booking I was a bit concerned that a lower level floor might be a bit noisy with all of the traffic and city bustle just outside the window, but the windows were incredibly noise insulating and I was completely surprised to find that the room was incredibly quiet. The room was plenty spacious enough for a single traveler (and probably would be for two people as well) and I love how the property was attached to the market below.

I wanted to stay someplace where we could walk out of the hotel and have numerous options for shopping and dining for my teenage granddaughter. This hotel did not disappoint. Check in was easy, the staff spoke excellent english, there is a restaurant onsite and the train station is right across the way. We walked around at night going to the Pokemon store, Nintendo, and small arcades. She absolutely loved it. There were numerous dining options. The location was amazing. The rooms were on the small side but manageable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Top location - service "ok"

We arrived by train and the hotel entry was pretty difficult to find. The location is very good and we really liked the direct view onto the Shibuya crossing. Really cool. Was was less cool is that they didn't make our room 3 out of 4 nights (I actually had to point it out to one of the cleaners). The rooms could use a refresh.
