This is our 4th time at this hotel and it never disappoints. This time we came with my elderly parents and 2 friends. Everyone loved the location, convenience, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, and public transportation just in front of hotel. Everything you need is just a few steps away. Subway entrance is just across the street from hotel and also taxi stands. Easy access to shuttle buses to and from Haneda airport and Disneyland too. A wonderful supermarket connected to hotel. So much shopping, markets and dining options. This will always be our hotel while in Tokyo.

Rooms are small. The double room is tight for 2 people. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and try to be helpful, their English is limited. Location convenient near train station and TokyoSky tree.

Hotel staff were very polite and all the front desk staff we encountered could speak English. The provision of free bath salts is very much appreciated. Enjoyed all the soaking after a day of much walking. Location is excellent. Directly in front of the subway. Tokyo Skytree has lots of dining options, including a food court for value for money meals. Shopping is also great.

Clean and comfortable bedding, helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location with plenty of shopping and dining options. Easy access to and from Narita airport via train. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My first time in Japan. I love the hotel and its user friendliness. No frills. Located besides a huge shopping mall and the Oshiage train station, it provides easy connectivity throughout Tokyo. A serene area without the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku. Staff are very friendly and approachable and willing to go the extra mile for you.

Nice location next to skytree and nearby mall. The staff at check in seemed boutique young snobs and the restaurant was subpar. Don’t get the breakfast buffet. Tiny and not that great. Convince to metro and getting around. Would stay again
